Can anyone recommend a place (other than GeekSquad) that does computer repair? I'd prefer to take it in somewhere and drop it off (rather than have someone come to the house). I basically need some updating and clean up that I haven't been able to do on my own.

Staples will do it for less than Best Buy does. Took our computer to them last time to have hard drive reformated. Except for the Windows software, I put in all of our software programs right here at home......sure saved us money in me doing it.

Thanks, I'll check them out.
Part of what I need done is to upgrade to Windows 7. I have the upgrade, I just can't seem to get it installed. I'm not exactly computer savvy, but I've tried a few times and I end up giving up after a few hours. At this point, I just want it done!
