Ok go to Google maps and enter this address; 1300 Moss Creek Dr Jacksonville FL.
1) hit search
2) when the marker comes up, move the cursor, 1"-2'' to the right,
3) zoom in
4) that's where the Queens Harbor lock is.

Thanks for the input so far. I do have one more pro/con (depending how you look at it) to add to the list. With Hecscher drive it's going to be well/septic, and Queens Harbor is obviously city water/sewer.

A well & septic system is a plus, as your JEA bill would be a whole lot less as there would be no water usage/sewer fee.

Agreed. If city (JEA) services are not available, then you're on your own with getting a well and septic. More upfront expense, for sure, but it'll pay off in the long term. Where we built, we had access to city water, but not sewer, so we're probably saving $75/mo by not having sewer on the JEA bill.
