We don't hear too much about this Nocatee community and are wondering why not. We looked at the models when we visited a few months ago and liked the Santiago floor plan a lot. We also liked the small size of the community. We're retirees so don't care that it's in Duval County since we don't have kids in school. We really don't want to be surrounded by homes with kids but we don't particularly want to be in the 55+ community, either. The Villas appealed to us because we figure there won't be too many kids since it's not in SJC.
