Does anyone know why there are so many homes for sale in Nocatee - specifically Coastal Oaks? I expected there to be some since the school year is almost over, but was surprised to see that so many homes on the market. Does it have anything to do with the zoning of the new Nocatee school? We're looking at buying a resale within the next few weeks and are from the east coast. Any insights into monthly bills? Trying to gauge how much our monthly house bills will cost us...thanks!

I'm not sure if this has anything to do with it, but we just contracted to build in Twenty Mile and are now members of an online group for there, and there are a number of Nocatee residents who have or are moving from other areas of Nocatee into 20M. Our daughter will be able to walk to the new school once it opens, which to us, and probably others, is a huge plus. We originally wanted to build in Coastal Oaks but their build time was way too long. Now I'm really happy we went with 20M and David Weekly. And as far as I know, the zoning for the new school won't be decided until this fall. I'm just assuming all of 20M will be zoned for there.

Buffettjd, where did you find an online group for Twenty Mile residents? We just bought there, too, and I'm interested in joining.

We almost built in Coastal Oaks but decided against it because we kept hearing bad things about Toll Brothers. We bought a David Weekley home in The Crossing.

May not be what Buffetdj is referencing but Google this (I would join either way): nextdoor nocatee twenty mile

I'm in PVB and get tons of local info there for my neck of the woods in Palm Valley.

Hi! Hopefully I am posting this reply correctly! We are on the 20M Outlook/Crossing Facebook page and also Next Door for all of 20M. We are building with DW in the Outlook. I hope to meet you! Good luck!

Thanks -- I'll join up! We haven't moved yet but online groups are helpful for learning about the community before we get up there. Can't wait!
