Does anyone live in or know anything about this community? It looks nice and has few floor plans we like. Lots of kids in the community? Looks like they are still building here. Any thoughts? We have narrowed it down to Few communities along Race Track road and 210. Would love some locals' input.

Aberdeen is just another neighborhood. No real negatives and nothing that sets it apart other than the fact that a brand new K-8 school will be ready to go by next fall right there in the neighborhood. It is huge and I know the CDD had some financial troubles many years ago but I believe that's behind them now. They have a community pool, playground, ballfields. We have some friends who live there and seem to enjoy the neighborhood.

I'm glad to see that it's a good area. I'll be there in 3 weeks job interviewing and house hunting, and I saw there are condos available for rent.
