Anyone bought furniture at Ashley?

Please avoid this store, I have ordered bed set and they promised me 5 days, it is almost a month still it is not arrived. They dont have the sync' up with inventory system, so at the store they simply give you the date which is not realistic.

I am very much disappointed with their process. I never go back and never recommend my friends to visit Ashley Furniture.

We've ordered quit a bit from Ashley back in STL. They are definitely learn toward value furniture; cheaper than many but also not the highest quality you'll find around. They never were quick at delivery but we also never had a problem with them either.

I've been doing most of my furniture shopping at Haverty's, WOW what a difference.

Their prices are very competitive, and their furniture is the real-deal..quality, solid, well made. But talk about efficient with their delivery! I've actually rarely seen a company so efficient. They were ready to deliver almost immediately, but I picked the day that's best. They've called to confirm, and you can track your truck on their website! They also send text updates on your phone if you prefer.

They're getting my business from now on, hand down.

I agree Shannon4426. Both Haverty's and Circle K seems to be a little bit above Ashley and Rooms to Go and still priced well below the Thomasville's and Basset's.
