Recruiters for commercial construction companies in Florida (construction job, employment, unemployment)

Hi everybody i have completed my master's degree in construction management and looking for a job.Is there any recruiters available in my job
field in Florida.Are referrals necessary to obtain a job in a construction company.
Advise me on this please.

Construction in FL died a very painful death a couple of years ago. There are many, many, many highly experienced project managers now on unemployment.

Although it's slowly coming back, the construction jobs in Florida are few and far between. Unless you've got an "in" here, forget about trying to get a job in construction in Florida. And in some parts of Florida, you'd better know how to speak Spanish if you want to work in contruction.
