1) Do I need a unique resume for every type of job that I apply for?

2) How can I highlight the skills or qualities that a specific job may be searching for, from the one job that I've had?

3)How do I know what they are looking for?

I've only had one job and it's the one i currently have, I work in a shoe store. I want to apply to retail stores but I really want to be a security guard.

I don't have experience in security, but when I do my resume for the security job, what should I be putting? (Examples would be nice).
