The interviewer made sure that I would hear back by tonight. He knew how much I wanted the position and I thought it went reasonably well, except I couldn't see him through Skype and I'm not sure how my appearance looked to him. Really disappointed that this could be a rejection. I have a feeling that he doesn't want to deliver the bad news

Feeling bummed right now as nothing has been going right

Positive thoughts - there could be any number of reasons why contacting you was delayed. Give it a day or two before you start getting upset by thinking you know the outcome.

the whole skype interview where only they can view the candidate is a bit creepy. I myself wouldn't do one unless it was 2-way.
