Scored a second round interview for my internship, what to expect? (employer, job)

This kind of my first official interview because I've been playing sports my entire college career, so I never had any spare time to pick up a job to gain any in-field experience. I had my phone interview with the employer today and he wanted me to come in for a second interview, I was wondering what I should expect?
