For many employers, "vacation" and "personal" time are one and the same. You accrued the hours and can do whatever you want with them; take a trip to the Bahamas, clean out your garage, or go to job interviews. You don't need to provide an itinerary.

So my question is when trying to schedule an interview is the person willing to work with you knowing that you are already employed? Im just trying to think how can someone go on multiple interviews while already employed which could lead to no job offer. So I never bought into the whole........."its easier to find a job when you already have one" statement. I would say its easier to get called for a interview when you already have a job.
In the last few months I have received two job offers without ever interviewing in person. Try to get the initial interviews on Microsoft Teams or Zoom.
