I was in a rush to answer the question and did not read it as it was written. So sorry about that. Have never been asked a question that is non work related. Most that I know want to see what I can do for them. I guess it depends on the type of job. So sorry that I was of no help.

I will try and read the question next time.

And I need to edit my posts better. I should have said above, the former interviewee left a more favorable impression. The one who talked about the subway ride, not the one who talked about girlfriends and dating.

Like:

What is your greatest weakness?

How can one possibly answer that question without looking bad?

When I hear this I just want to laugh. This person is just filling air time in the interview.

Well I don't know about you buy my greatest weakness is that I am a workaholic. It has created a lot of friction between me and my family and friends. I just can't seem to want to leave work and can spend hours completing projects wondering where the time went.
