Ill be moving to the crossroads area in about 2 weeks, and was wondering if anyone knows of a good place to play some Bball (preferably indoors).

I'm looking for an open-gym type place. Somewhere where there are occasional pick-up games and/or just shooting around take place.

I have heard something about being able to play pickup games in the College Basketball Experience. is this true?

Thanks

I remember this place had winter basketball leagues, this would be a good start to meet people, all the sports leagues are in the urban core, softball is played at penn valley.
Kansas City Sport & Social Club - Kansas City's leader in adult recreational sports - Home

This Y has basketball courts and is downtown
Quality Hill YMCA Express Amenities

I would also call this place, because i'm pretty sure this is where the sports and social club plays winter basketball, it's really close to crossroads in the westside neighborhood
Tony Aguirre Community Center

I'm not sure how much i believe this one but found this on a google search
There's a basketball court above the Osco Drug at 10th and Main. It may be part of a fitness center or something though. It's next to the Commerce Bank building.

If you find anything let me know,i'd love to play too, i currently play every friday but it's all the way in grain valley

North Kansas City has a beautiful new community center: It's just across the river from downtown:

Kansas City Parks and Rec have community centers with gyms, but I don't know what the basketball set up is...
