I am tentatively interested in going, too, depending on our travel schedule... Maybe, Mouse, if you have folks send you the $15 admission fee then you could feel more certain about the numbers. I'd be willing to do that (even though I'm not sure about going). I also have a good friend (animal lover) who might want to go.. I'll check with her.. (maybe my husband, too, if he's here).

We have been to the zoo and it was very impressive! I think I saw every animal from the Lion King movie!!! It is a very clean environment and beautiful animals, very well worth the trip, except its best to go with a group due to the rate. There are plenty of animals to look at and the tour is very informative. My favorite is getting in with the tropical birds and fed them nectar-I could have stayed in there forever!!! AWSOME PLACE!

You should also check out Creation Kingdom Zoo in Gate City. They have a really cool setup and lots of animals with a whole lot more on the way.
