Perhaps they do not accept or service the high risk poor people. I do know their Insurance criteria is elite only

I was referring to those souls who cannot, for any reason, get into see a cardiologist for what would be the diagnostic and referral phase.
Indian Path and Johnson City accept those that Holston, and their staff, will not. I think this is an accepted fact.
I had no wish to start a debate on this, but Parkwest in Knoxville for years sent people to UT and other facilities. They proclaimed themselves #1 for many years running. In short what I'm saying is that the data, while possibly correct, tends to overlook this.
