Default Huh???

The same question was asked in this months Forbes....and no mention of Kingsport......I thought is was rigged the BIG - things have chosen jc over kingsport - mellow mushroom, whole foods, forever 21 and most chains- red lobster, smokey bones, johnny carinos, carrabbas, jasons deli, ruby tuesday, atlanta bread company, ashley furniture, the gap, hollister, Abercrombie & Fitch, buckle,Gymboree,Bed bath and beyond... So when they mean small they must mean small - why would companys that have millions on market research choose wrong????????

Yes, it compared cities of the same size in population and usually "Small business" means new companies or companies that have less than 100 employees.
And I would personally prefer a city/town that has more of a personality than the typical big box that every other city has.
