I agree, but the governments of North Carolina and especially Virginia have shown that they're willing to top most any offer to get businesses to relocate there, if this Fortune 50 company's looking in the upper southeast. Still, TN has had success relocating industry/business to middle TN and Chattanooga so... let's cross all our fingers
