Im having one heck of a time trying to find somewhere to live that isnt too far from downtown. Im a young professional, just about a year removed from college thats looking for someplace fun for younger people to live but isnt occupied 100% by college kids. I dont mind party noise, but every night of the week can be a bit much. If theres anybody out there that has specific apt complex names that would be awesome, thanks for the help.

several places meet your description, and price is not mentioned. Most areas want a 1 year lease, and you can call Corporate Quarters, and they can adives on rates, and who is renting for short term or whatever. Several web sites, do rental information as well. good luck.

Woodmeade South is a respectable complex very close to downtown, I guess you could call them to find out the demographics. I would think the downtown loft scene would be best for socializing, what did you find from your downtown search?
