Hello, thanks for the info. You don't know how long I sat there looking at this trying to figure out how to get on it. I'm kinda computer slow...
if you know what I mean. We fell in love with the Smokies and we are so excited about moving.. I would like to be there now but I have to be patient...thanks again.

Hello, My husband and I are also moving to the Dandridge area and we have learned alot in the past week when it comes to searching for properties on the internet and so forth. Unfortunately we've found the best way is to take a trip and look around. Plus find you a good realtor to work with. We found a great realtor Moderator cut: info and he has been an answer to prayer. We had previously looked on another site that showed all these houses for rent and when we inquired about seeing them we were told they were not available and they didn't know why those were showing up on their website and so forth. The only one that ended up being available was really nice but all of a sudden she found out we were from out of town and the deposit jumped up to 1700.00. plus 1st and last months.Anyway we were fortunate enough to come across Moderator cut: our realtor who also told us that he had alot of complaints about that other real estate company.
