The two I would suggest on here, as realtor specific sites are not allowed, are Real Estate Listings, Homes for Sale and Rental Property Listings – REALTOR.com® and Knoxville Area Association of REALTORS.

Good luck with your search.

I'll add a vote for the KAARMLS website. I find their search function very usefull in narrowing down the houses to those that fit your criteria/desires.

Default Real estate search

Realtor.com is great as it uses all listings from the agents automatically and also gives you more detail. To see what an area/street tax/sales records look like I also cross reference to www.zillow.com and it gives me a quick snapshot to see what is happening to know if it is worth pursuing.
Great time to buy and great deals.

Zillow is a fun tool, but a Zestimate isn't the most reliable indicator of pricing. It doesn't take into account the difference between subdivisions. One subdivision might sell at $200 CPF and the one right next door might sell at $100 CPF and Zillow combines the comps. You can get a more accurate picture by customizing your comps to include only those that are relevant to a property you like.
