If you live out Alcoa Hwy the ag campus is the way to go. If you live out Chapman then park at one of the lots/streets near there. The walk will be a little longer untile the Henley bridge reopens but it should be a nice walk in October.

State Street garage is free and there is always space on game day.

I agree with Market Square as the best bet. Another place similar to the Coliseum parking but with a little more street life and eating choices is in the Old City under the James White Parkway on Jackson Ave. near Morgan St. There is a trolley shuttle that runs to that area too

Agreed. And the Vols run the T, the Vols walk, Smoky the dog and the mascots...

Can't wait.

And it means soup. I make wonderful soup.

But I digress.

There is a great parade that happens just after the Vols walk. I try to station myself so that I'm uphill a bit from that and then run up the hill to Volunteer Village to see the parade. There is a great map that shows you everything. They also post schedules that will tell you when and where everything happens. Use ETSuthernBelle's link.

Tailgating happens around the stadium and at its parking garage. If you know someone, I am sure it is a blast.

Tailgate Tennessee | You bring the crowd. We'll take care of the rest!

Doing a CD tailgate at some point would be fabulous but getting this crew together is like herding cats.

September.
But they also said May, June, and August.
Of course they didn’t say what year.
