A lot of the regulars on this forum live up that way. General consensus is that it is a great place to live. We bought there and while I am not there full-time yet, my husband is and we love it!

Put Centennial Hills in the search field and you will see many questions regarding this!

I lived up that way once before nd will again in 6 weeks or so, and it really is a great place to live. I used to be off Ann and Rainbow, 2 blocks from Santa Fe Station. The boundaries of CH are debatable. Imo, its Ann Rd to the south, Horse Dr to the north (development goes way past Grand Teton) Decatur to the east and Hualapai to west

Without A doubt in my mind the best place to live in las vegas if you can't afford summerlin and spanish trail

Very nice, new and relatively safe (use common sense precautions), you'll love all the nearby shopping and conveniences!

Default Centennial Hills

We just moved back to Las Vegas after being away for 6 1/2 years. I must have looked at 1000 houses online and when I found one in Centennial Hills, it was just perfect.

We've lived here for about a month and just love it. We previously lived in Summerlin and like someone else said on this forum, if you can't live in Summerlin, this is definitely the next best place. Tons of shopping and almost everything is new.

After living in Missouri for several years, it is so nice to be able to get to a store in a minute or two instead of having to drive 10 miles!

I see that Aliante has both a Master Plan Fee and SIDs. On a condo or townhouse I see SIDs around $3000 paid at about $23 per month and a master plan fee of about $40 per month on top of any HOA.
When I look up similar condos, townhomes and single family homes in Centennial Hills, I can't find any SIDs or master plan fees beyond the individual HOAs.

Is this true that there are none of these fees for condo buyers in Centennial Hills? If not, how are the master plan amenities being funded? Were they prepaid by the developers like DR Horton and Pulte?
