My transfer have went through to McCarran airport, and I am looking for some decent studios or 1br places near the airport around the 5 - 600 range if possible, that is not in a real shady neighborhood.

why do you need to live close to the airport? the area isn't really the greatest, so there is much in your price range I am sure.

Not ATC, but with one of the companies at the airfield, the pay is not too great, but the job is fun and better opportunities out there for what I do. I want to try to live within 15 miles of the airport if possible, try to save on fuel if I can.

Go south or west.
A dozen or so below 650 in silverado. That is 89123 south of the airport.
Or go west along Trop DI Flamingo. Another dozen
Even one with a marlble floor...actually the guest house for a big home. Comes complete with utilities for $650.
