I had an excellent fried chicken and fries lunch for $8.95 at the Del Mar Deli in the SouthPoint Casino.

My wife and I will go there for breakfast occasionally, because that chicken-fried steak IS quite a value. Try it sometime, it's always available.
Went there tonight to try the chicken fried steak. Very good. Won at the casino too!

Main Street Station Buffet. I think it's only $8 and they have great brisket.

I work near Sunset and LV Blvd and but the places posted so far may take more than my lunch hour allows but it IS tempting me go out to these places anyway.
Thanks!
Winchell's pub at Warm Springs and Gillespie is good. Great specials that change daily.

Whenever I go downtown, I always visit MSS, but I prefer the Triple 7 brewpub to their buffet. In fact, my usual M.O. these days is to valet park at MSS, have lunch at 777, then walk over to the Mob Museum for a quick visit.

Thanks for the recommendation. That's just down the road from me so I'll have to check it out.

I LOVE Jason's Deli!

Sorry, just had to say that

The Greek place at the Cosmopolitan has a pretty good lunch menu. Fine dining at a very reasonable price.

$20.12 minimum for lunch may be something I would do often. Maybe if I have guests.

+1 for Triple 7. But I like it for dinner. I always go for the sampler of brews and the BBQ chicken pizza. A great way to get a little buzz on!
