For those of you who I've talked with my wife and I have been planning to move to Vegas in October. Yesterday at work we found an 8 week old kitten behind some bushes with a broken leg. Yadda, yadda, yadda we have a brand new pet almost 1000 in vet bills (4 xrays, anaesthesia, splint, tests, vaccines etc)

So while we were planning on having a lot more than $1000 for the move that money did put a good sized dent in our savings, SO looks like December 1st is our new goal. I figure if nothing else this will help with electric bills since the first few months we shouldn't need the AC much, if at all.

Interesting...

I wonder if anyone has ever came across a homeless guy behind some bushes that needed $1000 in medical attention? If so, I wonder if they would shell out the cash?

We kicked around the ideas of Lucky, Syncity (sin city) and Sinatra because of her huge blue eyes.

Ultimatley for now her name is Munchkin or Munchie for short

The blue eyes might fade (kittens always have them) but if they don't Frankie is a super cute name for a girl kitty. Or you could do Sinthea (Sin City take)

You could call her Two More Months since that's how long you are postponing things.
