I am a member of Angie's List. I used Lin Air Service (702) 732-2608 based completely upon those recommendations. I was extremely happy with everything they did including pricing and professionalism. I am not affiliated with the company in any way except for being a satisfied customer. Feel free to get in touch with me if you have any questions. Good Luck

2nd for Lin Air. Professional, didn't talk down to me, straightforward answers/explanations. I would use them again.

Should be easy to replace a capacitor. Where do they sell the ones for A/C unit motors

i was hoping for the capacitor, but it doesnt look like an exploded coke can... actually looks relatively new.. we will see..... linnair quoted me 350 for the motor installed... I called around.. motor itself is 190.

Sometimes the capacitors look good but they are leaking. Might want to try that first before replacing the motor. Same thing as pool motors.

argh..... LinAir came out.... it was the capacitor... Guy was honest and efficient but I think the price was gouged... considering under $50 part cost... Total cost including inspection (refrigerant was fine) was 180. (Banging my head.....) but it is cheaper than the 350. i was ready to pay for the motor.
