The quality of CCSD schools has been a hot button issue over and over again on these forums. This is by far NOT the only forum where there are opinions of all kinds about the quality of a city's (or, for that matter, a state's) schools. When this thread dies off, another one will come up eventually, as this is a common topic.

So, you can continue to discuss the broader issue, but be respectful of one another's opinions, and abide by the Terms of Service.

Actually even the numbers demonstrate that the thing is an absurd fabrication. 40,000 would be a fraction of one percent of US teachers. So perhaps one teacher in every fourth or fifth school signed up? And, of those, how many actually went into business?

This is of course the sort of absurdity that appeals only to those predisposed to dislike CCSD or Las Vegas in general. Even the title is a lie - in fact a deliberate troll in violation of the TOS.

Taking another look at the original post, it does fall in the category of something that was likely to start a flame war, which it has-- it isn't a real discussion of CC schools. So, for those who want to have a meaningful discussion of the school system, there will have to be another thread for that. Closed.
