Hi all,
We made the choice to move to Las Vegas and I need a little advice. We are in FL right now and he's had no luck at trying to apply from here (which we figured would be impossible anyway, but we tried)
, so he is headed out there this week to start looking for a job (I am able to transfer with my company, thank God!) and I wanted to know what the locals think about the recruiting agencies out there. Which ones are reputable and which ones are scams? Does this service actually work better than answering an ad on careerbuilder? What is the success rate of a perspective employee being placed in the casino/gaming industry (I'm not asking for an actual number, just more of a general answer on this)? My husband has an extensive customer service/sales background for over 20 years. He also plans on getting his NV license and the car registered right away so that he is considered a resident. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thank you!
