Do any of you real estate types know who IS Tropicana Acquisitions LLC. They have recently gobbled up all the land they can on W Harmon--behind Panorama; which apparently is going to be a east-west heavyweight to rival Flamingo Rd. I've heard rumors it's BYD, but I suspect the Fertittas.

So, anyway, if you own land on the W Harmon corridor---congratulations. General Growth doesn't miss, and you will reap the financial rewards.

The first valley urban interchange is suppose to be build at the new intersection of Harmon and Valley View over the R&R tracks. Valley View will connect all to the south and Harmon to the west.

Yes, Harmon to the west will be the next Sutter's Mill. City Center will be a monster, and Harmon to the east will pale in comparison. Kudos to the Light Group (of nightclub fame) for their foresight, or insider info on their Panorama project. My prediction is, the City Center success will spill west, actually creating a "district" if you will, which is the total concept.
