I refuse to get one of those things. My phone doesn't even have text capability. I bring an el-cheapo laptop that can't even play flash video without crashing.
I do hope EA found an attorney, and a good one at that. I wish I had done so when I was creamed by a drunk driver many years ago. I lost, big time -- at a time when I couldn't afford to have my car totaled by a drunk with bad insurance.
