My father in law is coming to visit and I know he loves head cheese, personally not a big fan of it. Anybody know where I can get some good head cheese. I know Smith has the boars head brand, he says it's bland. Trying to get his snacks set for football next weekend. Want to make this great man happy. Any help is appreciated :-)

Scoop beat me to it. I would have said the same place. They have all sorts of unusual cold cuts with flavor! Worth the trip!

Russian deli meat is among the best on Earth. They excel at making head cheese. Jones Market is the only place I'd go in this town.

Try Mario's Westside Market on MLK. It was referenced in a conversation I overheard last week. I've eaten the southern fare there but don't do hogshead cheese if that it what you are referring to? You might want to Google it and call first. Supposedly said cheese it quite tasty. And don't be disturbed by the neighborhood. Go about your business and you'll be fine.
