People from alot of other cities don't seem to grasp how much tipping for GOOD service is part of the culture here.

I don't feel obligated to tip because a service is free...the person doing the work is still making a wage and is out nothing.
I will almost always tip tho if someone provides what I feel is better than average service related to any type of labor.

Being friendly and efficient is worth something to me.

I tip:

The person who cuts my hair
The person who gives me an occasional pedicure
The person who delivers food/drink to my table
The dealer that give me a substantial winning hand at a card table game
The dealers at the craps table (I bet a dollar for the dealers on the yo on the come out roll)

That's about it.
