Volume is at very high levels. Well up from November.

The interesting trend is the continued drop of Classics while the shorts are quite stable. Looks like shorts and classics could converge in the spring.

I would think we will see prices begin to rise in the spring.
Then again you thought we'd see a month-over-month increase in the SFR median from April to May 2009. As it turns out, the December SFR median was still lower than April's. So, if we look out to spring for higher prices we may finally see the April '09 SFR median surpassed a year later.

We shall see. You have an alternate projection?

Speak up and get on record....

Fat chance.

My projection remains the same as it was months ago.

On the bright side, we may finally see that April to May month-over-month price increase. Except it's April 2009 to May 2010.

Actually the price has remained in a 2.5% range since April of 2009. That is the median. The more volatile average has remained in a 2.75% range.

For all intents and purposes both have been stable since April.

I believe that was my projection in that time frame was it not?

Now what is it you believe will happen?

Spell it out. Show you are more than a pointless critic.

I believe that most everyone will recognize what nonsense it was that the present trend could not be maintained - or that "something" had to give. The only thing of importance that gave during the months we've suffered with that mantra, is the median housing price.

BTW, I've been requested not to argue with you any longer. I'd like to point out that the post you responded to that started this line of discussion was not directed at you. I'll ask you to refrain from providing me with your future projections so I won't have to counter with your many failed previous projections.

Don't fret. I heard this trend can't continue.
Then the allusion was not directed at me?

Default OLECAPT come on and get your facts right!!!!

Just checked my value on my home and it AGAIN dropped $10,000 in the month of December. I am laughing my head off since by next December my home will probably be worth $10,000. Home is located in Centinnenal Hills if you wanted to inquire.
