What exactly does this have to do with "going broke buying bargains"?
Let me get this straight. A realtor got in trouble for corruption so you should never buy a home because realtors tell you to buy homes and their all corrupt?
It must kill you when you read the threads about people moving to Vegas, people getting jobs, and housing demand on the increase.
It must be painful to live a life with such a negative attitude.

Using Event's own logic, let's see if he recognizes how today's bad employment numbers are not as bad as they appear. Civilian Labor Force rose by 642,000 which resulted in an uptick on the unemployment rate to 8.2% Event, you and others here have said the numbers are worse than they appear because the labor force has declined. Are you willing to say the opposite now that the labor force has
increased ?

812300 - 799500 = 12800 LESS employed

36800 - 35100 = 1700 LESS employed
150200 - 146900 = 3300 LESS employed
...not to mention what is occurring with the teachers losing their jobs to offset budget shortfalls!
