Convoy spotted at around 9pm last night (Thursday) on Silverado Ranch/Maryland Pkwy then proceeded East on Silverado Ranch to Spencer St... At which point sirens started blazing and lights started flashing

This is all I saw, anyone know what it was about?

Not sure if related, but on 2/10/17 there was a shooting/stabbing in the 10200 Block of Spencer just up from Silverado Ranch where the victim transported himself to St Rose Hospital. Perhaps they went back to arrest the suspect? This info is per spotcrime app.

I live near this neighborhood. I've woken up to gunshots multiple times and then the eye-in-the-sky helicopter arrives loudly above. My favorites [sarcasm] were my neighbor beating up his girlfriend and cops had to be called. Then a drunk crashed his into those large cement walls protecting homes from the street. It was a gut-wrenching crash that was almost too surreal if I didn't see it with my own eyes. That was in Green Valley. Stay classy, Vegas.

PS I'm tired of people saying crime is everywhere. I have never had any of these experiences living anywhere else!

I'm talking about a SWAT vehicle with troops riding on the outside holding massive guns, part of a convoy of about 10 vehicles... Maybe it was the army, I don't know

Never seen anything like it

Sounds like raiding a drug house.

Sounds like an average day in Las Vegas these days. If people would stop using drugs those things wouldn't happen.

Wow...were the vehicles marked as SWAT???

Someone else mentioned Cheyenne & Rainbow...I think may have been related to some incident at one of the apt complexes towards Smoke Ranch...there were alot and of units out there.

You talking about the one at warm springs and pecos? I remember the wall there being all jacked up about a month ago.
