One of the weirdest moment of my life was my mother and I driving all over the north side of Puerto Vallarta Trying to find my sick wife a Mexican meal. She meant CA Mex...not PV Mex. Think we eventually scored at the local pizza shop which is actually a four star restaurant with an Aussie chef.

It is stranger than that...they don't do pizza at the pizza shop. But if you ask a local cabbie to take you to the pizza shop...that is where you end up.

I've been in Las Vegas a couple times a year for decades and thought the same thing. But then I didn't think I'd gone to all the restaurants. Glad there is some confirmation...

Well Dimsum for the American Palate, for authenticity/traditional taste then head on to China, HongKong.....otherwise decent enough.
