The service provider, a nail technician, would have been sent to the CEO's office via computer booking. ALL appointments are run through the computer, even those that are comped, in order to charge the appropriate department for the service. All are through the book to ensure that the service provider is paid for the service booked. She went to the suite/office with her gear to perform a nail service.

How that turns into people getting naked and having sexual relations (prostitution, as you so emphatically insist) as the underlying motive for the plaintiff's (the nail tech's) behavior is absolutely ridiculous. Mr. Wynn propositioning her OR the nail tech propositioning him is absolutely, positively unethical, unprofessional and is the result of your wild imagination.

It is extraordinarily unlikely that salon professionals are using their position as subterfuge for prostitution when they work for the best house with the highest pay and the best reputation in Las Vegas.

The FACT that Wynn paid $7.5M for a freaking MANICURE is all one needs to assert that the situation got completely out of control, and in that circumstance, in the presence of the most powerful men in Las Vegas, that the plaintiff was COERCED. Men and corporations like that don't pay $7.5M because it was consensual.

Your naivete is obvious when you continue to offer this misogynist notion. If Elaine Wynn dropped dime on him, she would also be crapping where she eats as she own 9.4% shares in the company and would be shooting herself in the foot to diminish her own stock.

The fact that you keep shooting the messenger (one of FOUR authors) is another example of how you simply cannot use critical thinking skills to see the situation as it was.

I said it before and I'll say it again: Mr. Wynn has enjoyed a certain reputation. Now his karma has come to bite him in the ass. Well deserved. He was too stupid not to just hire a prostitute.
