I constantly wonder why some people live in a city they hate then go to forums and complain.

We'll help you pack.

Must be the result of the educational system here.

Good, I'm up for parole in 2025, but you'll probably have left before then. Horizontally.

I'm surprised it took you this long to realize this.

Vegas is a place were America (primarily California) dumps it's rejects. Although we have plenty of Mexico's rejects here as well.

We have probably dealt with a few thousand clients over the last 20 years. Virtually none were rejects. In fact on the couple of rentals we list the service we use is amazed that our client virtually always have FICO scores over 800.

Our normal is a CA or east coaster looking for a home in the 350K to 600K range. Maybe half pay cash.

I would also note that the LV blue collar worker makes 7% over the US average. Substantially more than say Phoenix or Dallas.

So no it is not a reject population. Of course there are some but they are not the pattern.

When I sold cars at the Ferrari dealership, most of our clients were not rejects, well, most.

If you live in Las Vegas and you refer to everyone in LV as "losers", "rejects" or otherwise, what does that say about you?

What even defines "loser"? Money? Education? Is San Francisco a city full of "winners"? If so, why is half the population living in tents on the sidewalk while the billionaires in their $2000 loafers are having to tiptoe through the tulips while walking down the street to avoid slipping and sliding on human feces? I dunno, personally I would take Vegas any day over that.
