Looking in Henderson mostly. Was hoping for 2000 minimum sf but looking for something nice, I can't get into repairs. Also hoping for a nice yard.

Housing prices are crazy again. $127/ sq ft in 3/18 is now $210/ sq ft.
Wait a couple of years.

One can pick it up with a deep discount....

its going to get ALOT more expensive to own a house with the new 3% annual federal property tax on the value of the home..... and if you rent, you will still pay it.. the landlord will pay that tax onto you...

$400k home = $1,000 tax per month on top of your property taxes

There is not going to be an annual 3% federal property tax bill. That's just not true.

Seems like a lot of low pay service jobs though and as Covid taught Vegas\Hawaii\etc - no tourism=crippled economy. Beyond that, just don’t understand the appeal of Vegas. Miles of bland developments, traffic and a rag tag population of “moving to Vegas to reinvent myself”. Meh..
