I went to the new Famous Dave's BBQ in Southwest Vegas on far West Sahara blvd in a new strip mall right where the 215 freeway is and it was amazing. I recommend it to anyone who loves BBQ.

do a search for this topic, it has been discussed already. Famous Dave's is ok, but there are better places in my opinion. I like Buzz BBQ in the NW, and I also like Buckinghams in the NW also.. they have great Sweet Tea.

Thank you. And I make a mean sweet tea too.
Regards, Buzz.

Seriously, where is Buzz BBQ? I'd have to try it just because they stole my name.

Memphis BBQ is better than Famous Dave's. More authentic, better sides.

Salt Lick BBQ in Red Rock Casino is pretty good. Always get two or three meals out of those proportions too.

Lucille's Smokehouse BBQ in The District is real good if you like noisy restaurants. Lucille's BBQ

But honestly, there is really no good BBQ outside of the state of Texas, and it hurts me to say that.

For me, it's got to be Shane's. Decatur and 215 in the Wal-Mart shopping complex. Best ribs and barbeque IMO.

That's where I get my hair cut so maybe I'll try it for lunch next week.

My wife likes CJ's Texas BBQ at Sahara & Buffalo. I've only tried it once so the jury's still out for me.
