Hello Fellow Gamers,

If anyone would please recommend a good 1 bedroom condo for under 50K, that would be extra nice. Maybe it could be the empty one sitting next to you. Condo fee under 150 (hopefully including water, sewer, trash), walkable to party/gamble somewhere (doesn't have to be near the strip), need washer dryer hookups inside--preferably in a room and not a closet, and for God's sake no Meth-heads or illegals in the immediate vicinity. Thanks for your help. Realtors are welcome to pm me. Thanks to all forum users.

Wow, I didn't think getting a condo for under 100K was even possible anymore. It wasn't even that cheap back in Michigan, but best of luck in your search.

I had a good one in Bullhead City that I bought off of some dead man's kids for 26,000. It later sold for 99K. BHC sucks big time, though.

If you are lucky enough to find a condo for $50,000 or under, get it, because most are over that price. But it might not be in the best area.
But...I heard not long ago that some were being built in Summerlin, brand new, starting at $50,000. Super small units. But for that price, who cares?
