So how is the weather at home this week? It was only in the fifties up here yesterday. I definitely did not bring the right clothes for No. Cal.

abnormally cool, imo. we're hanging in the 80s, with a 90 day here & there. there's still snow on mt charleston, altho it's fading fast. summer will either hit unexpectedly overnight OR it'll be a late summer

Well since I no longer have a car thanks to a wreck on the 95/Cheyenne a few weeks ago, I've been taking this bus....the weather can stay this cool as long as it wants

Oh no Davie. I remember you having a beautiful black sports car. Even if you do not have rental car on your insurance, the person's insurance who hit you has to give you a rental car until you get the payout. Don't let them get away with making you have to take the bus.

I just saw on my weather thingie that warmer temps are on the way this week. I have been enjoying the upper 70's and low 80's lately. I do NOT want summer to get here. Send it somewhere else! I dread the heat because it's always 200 degrees in the car, and hot in the house even with fans. Cannot afford high electric bills.

Also, sorry about your car Davie. Get insurance to give you a loaner. Or a deal on a rental. Taking the bus can be a real pain. I took it a few times in my life here in the past 17 years, but didn't like the experience. I took the bus a lot back in California, but it was different there, pleasant. And I knew all the drivers, plus it stopped right in front of my apt complex. Convenient. (<--- look, I can actually spell convenient, unlike some on here that spell it as convient.)

Unfortunately I was the only car in the accident, I was driving home on the 95 in the rain, I fell asleep at the wheel for a second (after my first night working 3rd shift) and I lost control and spun out between the Lake Mead and Cheyenne exits....and unfortunately I'm not getting any money from my car being totaled but since I make almost $19 an hour and work a full 40 hours at my job, I should be able to save up for a down payment on another car pretty quickly

Planet Nissan wanted me to get a brand new Nissan Versa but with me being a performance car guy I know for a fact I would've hated it. And to be completely honest I would rather take the bus for a few months and save up for a car that I know I'm going to enjoy them by something and be stuck with a car I know I'm going to hate

The Decatur bus route 103 is just steps from my front door (convenient) I take it down to Flamingo and catch that bus to my job at Caesars, here's a pre wreck pic taken at the Red Rock Casino in Summerlin

I would not like a Versa either. If you are stuck on getting a Nissan again, look into the 370z. You could easily afford one with your new job, and they are a lot of fun. I briefly dated a guy who drove a 370z. He let me drive it once. Omg, it was so fast and I loved it.
