Actually I'm a big believer in Traditional Medicine's herbal tea. I love their Echinacea lemon tea. I'm telling you it works! I drink it nonstop and I tend to get better, or the cold goes away.

I rarely get sick but I have been pretty busy the last two weeks and I have not been getting my sleep. I'll check out your link.

When I get a bad cold or the flu I drink Theraflu and it generally does the trick.

I hate to be the one to tell you this, but a study was just released last month that pretty much debunked this. People with colds given echinacea did no better than those given a placebo or given nothing at all.

Some of the people we saw down there, it could have been Halloween.
Some favorites: The dark angel with the Kiss tribute band. Humongous black wings. We wondered how she went to the bathroom with those.
Plus of course the band members that look like Kiss walking through the casino. With their giant shoes that resembled stripper shoes, only darker. A couple of bunnies freezing their tails off. (ladies) Oscar's showgirls with their giant headdresses.
A couple of much older Elvis'. Assorted drunks staggering all over the place, plus a few fights.

No comps. I started with 0, hubby gave me $20. I won $50, paid him back his $20. Then won $50 again. Played with that for awhile, won $100, then gave him $40 for his late christmas gift. We played some more, won small wins here and there, lost a bit. But went home ahead. We only play nickel keno. We be low rollers.

It has been a while but if I remember correctly there is the Hawthorne Effect...that says anything you study gets better simply because you study it..
