I know it's off strip but the Orleans is pretty good for the price IMO.

Good to know the Rio is still considered pretty good. I wasn't a fan of Planet Hollywood( I thought this was way off the strip, but it has been awhile) when it opened, but I'm willing to check it out again.
Are you thinking of the Hardrock which is on Paradise Road...the second strip?

Any buffet that Steve Wynn originates is going to be the best. I haven't been to the one at Wynn yet, but he started it at Bellagio, and downtown at the Golden Nugget. MGM took Bellagio in a hostile takeover, and the Golden Nugget has gone through different owners, so the question is are those two still up to original standards? Last time I was at Bellagio has been a while but it was still as good then as when Wynn owned it. Golden Nugget remodeled and I have no idea if the buffet is still there or still as good, but it was the best in town before Bellagio came along.

The Wynn overall. I go for lunch and stay through dinner.

Le Village, for breakfast/lunch.
