It was a sad story...the officer stopped me and gave me a hard time on my birthday....I can't believe that.....
The officer charged me for 2 things
-Divided Highway-drive on right hand side #0710
-No proof of insurance #0111
I had the insurance at that time and the office just didn't wanna correct it...damn
I heard about I can hire a lawyer and get rid of the ticket in around 200. Is that true?
Please, I don't know what should I do and I am broke. I am just a student with no jobs.... Please help me....thanks for the time...

You are going to need to provide more information if you want help. From what I read, you were driving on the wrong side of the road.

Yea, u r right. I was getting in a plaza, suppose I need to make a u-turn then get in. But I took a short cut and make a left turn there. The cops said I drove the side way for 1 meter. That's why I got a ticket.

I would note that every time you make a left turn on a divided highway you drive more than a meter in the wrong direction. Pretty much have to if you are not riding a cycle.
