I am so sorry for asking this question here, but I am unable to find general legal forum on this site, and since there are some lawyers that deal with foreign people, maybe you could help me.
The thing is, I wanted to buy some things from Forever 21 since they don’t have a store in Europe.
So, I contacted them to ask if they deliver to my country (which is a part of European Union, and I mentioned which country when I sent my question to their customer service) and they said: “Yes, we do ship to the EU and actually have a EU site you can change the flag on the top right hand corner or by clicking on this link”.
First, I was very disappointed and upset because items I wanted to buy (and it was a lot of them, mostly dresses) were not available for EU, talking about discrimination
Than I was thinking-ok, I’ll buy something else. Not to mention that items for EU were like it was from year 2005, but ok, I still found something I could wear. Also, I wanted to buy some things for my husband, I have put them in my chart, tried to proceed with payment, and it said that some of the items were sold. How is it even possible if I’ve already put it in my chart?? And I was “shopping” for a few minutes, not hours.
Then I’ve picked something else, things that were not as pretty as those (although, as I have mentioned, the once for US are way better) and tried again to make payment. After dealing with it for some time (I was thinking that I was so stupid and can’t find it, so frustrating..) I found out that my country is not even on the list, and it is impossible to make a purchase at all!
Is there anything I could do regarding this matter? I asked for a managers’ contact, but I don’t think they’ll reply.
A store can decline to ship to any country they choose and there's nothing illegal about it. I live in a US territory, same postal services as offered throughout the US, and many even stateside stores won't ship here.

Thank you in advance.
