What is the house/estate next to the Cardinal Hill Hospital on Versailles Road? This house/estate is just across from Mason Headley Road from Cardinal Hill.

That is the property of Donald Woodford Webb, one of the infamous Webb brothers who redeveloped much of downtown in the 1980s. It is the remainder of the Duntreath Farm property.
