Could someone please give me feedback on the racquet club apartments. I am unable to come to the area before I move, and would love any feedback on the safety, the area, and the overall appearance of the outside of these apartments I found. Thank you all very much! (Located at 3900 Crosby Drive...near man o' war and tates creek intersection)

I am not sure what exactly you would like to know but I think the Racquet Club is a good apartment community. There are a lot of people living there in their mid 20's. They have a clubhouse with a small bar, indoor racquet ball and workout facility. The outside grounds are well kept for apartments and they also have a pool with a somewhat of a swim up bar. I have never lived there personally, but I had several friends that lived there and liked it. It's located near Man O War and Tates Creek. I would consider that a good area, but you can go to lfucg.com to see statistics. That stands for Lexington Fayette Urban County Gov. I have lived in Grand Reserve which is a block away and I loved it...I don't know about prices but I would think they would have similar rent fees. Grand Reserve and Oak Grove are gated, but I think Racquet Club is good too! It just depends on what you are looking for! Good Luck

My Wife and I lived at the Racquet Club for 3 years and would move there again if we weren't able to keep our house. They have a lot of amenties that some apt communities in lexington don't offer, Racquetball courts, indoor lap pool and dog run. I would stay away from Oak Grove, they look nice from the road but aren't nice up close and inside of the apts. A friend of mine lived there and I wasn't impressed.
