Lexington is cheap, very boring, but very safe. It's a good place to raise a family, but unless you want your kids hooked on drugs you gotta raise em right, weed's pretty prevalent in the schools.

Sad, no such thing as innocence (or ignorance of such bad aspects of society) anymore


5taylor2, buzz off, it's not that bad. If you don't like it, make like me and leave.

Lexington isn't for everyone, but it's not a bad place. Nobody can argue against that. It's so safe and accessible, with great schools.

I love Lexington, moved here in 1987 - I would recommend it to anyone.
Quiet, pretty low crime rate and a great place to raise a family!
Very, very clean city - great scenery and within a day's drive to so many places.
