my husband and I are looking for flat to rent. we found some flats we like at these two area. but we wonder what kind of people usually live at those area? young couple like us? students? I found a lot senior people at that area. are those two area messy or neat?

one of the flat we like is at wimbledon park, but the bedroom window face outside. and whoever pass by can just go knock my bedroom window. that makes me feel a bit scared. So, I wonder how safe wimbledon park is? and how about wimbledon?

The area is a "nice" posh area. Crime rate is probably low so the area should be very safe.

I think the area is predominantly Middle class with families.

It probably costs an arm and a HEAD to buy or rent in the district.
